BOOKING REGULATIONS
PAYMENT
We require full minimum payment at time of booking. Groups can pay by credit
card over the phone. Reservations are not considered valid without full payment
RENTAL TIMES
Party sites are available 6:00 PM until
11:00 PM. Arrival time is not before 6:00 PM and shut down no later than 11:00
PM. Absolutely no exceptions.
HAYRIDES
Groups must schedule hayrides at the time of booking. The farm can only do 4
hayrides per hour. 20-25 adults per wagon. Group must be on time for the hayride
or the ride will be shorter. Rides are approximately 30 to 45 minutes long.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Any fees incurred the night of the party, (for example, if groups have more
people in attendance than the minimum for their site, straw bale rental, etc)
will be due before leaving the property. Payments can be made at the Info Booth
with check or credit card. We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please come
prepared to make payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received at least
30 days prior to the date of the party. If the event is booked less than 30 days
in advance no money will be refunded.
RAIN
POLICY
Groups must call in 3 hours
before party and speak with the Evening Party Manager or office personnel.
Leaving a voicemail does not qualify you for a refund. It has to be raining on
the farm in order to reschedule or cancel with refund.
CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCE
This is needed for all companies,
churches, schools, party planners, rental services, and caterers. (It is ok to
book small groups that are not capable of providing certificates of insurance.)
COURTESY RULES
All bands/DJs must shut down music at 11:00 PM. Please be courteous to other
groups with noise level. Larger groups may want to rent both the Barn Loft and
the Stable for this purpose.

FEATURES
BALES OF STRAW
Bales of straw are available for rent during the parties for $3 each. They may
be used for decoration or extra seating. Requests for straw bales must be made
at least 7 business days in advance of the event, and must be paid for at the
time of request. Bales are not to be broken down or destroyed in anyway, and may
not be taken off the property. There is an additional $3 fee for destroyed
bales.
JUMPING PILLOW
The jumping pillow is available for $5 per person from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
Jumpers will receive a stamp to show proof of payment, and will be allowed to
exit and return to the pillow for the two hour duration. This fee is due prior
to jumping. The person in charge of the party must have a totaled number of
participants and make payment with a check or credit card at the Info Booth.
PICNIC TABLES
All sites have a minimum number of picnic tables included. If more tables are
desired, extras may be rented for $5 each. Requests for extra tables must be
made at least 7 business days in advance of the party, and must be paid for at
time of request. Tables are subject to availability.
