LOG CABIN

This is a rustic, 1800s style cabin with a 17' x 19' inside area. It has electricity with lights on the inside, so when the sun goes down you're not in the dark! You also have access to the surrounding grassy area. There is one (1) picnic table inside with two (2) picnic tables outside. Included, of course, is a bonfire pit, with wood provided by the farm. We'll stock up enough for your entire night so you can stay cozy. Groups are welcome to roast food over the fire, bring their own grill for a cook-out, or bring in catering.
This site requires a twenty-five (25) person minimum for booking. You don't have to have twenty-five people, but you must still pay the twenty-five person minimum. The price is $10.00 per person, which would make for a $250.00 cost. This payment is required in full at the time of booking to hold your site. Sites will not be held without payment!
Also included is the evening hayride through the woods. This is an extended ride through the woods which lasts about 30-40 minutes. Rides will be schedule at time of booking. Don't be late for your ride! It will be shorter if you are tardy.
HAY BARN

This barn is used to store our hay during the off-party season, which is where it got its name! This has a 25’ x 45’ inside area with 8’ x 25’ porch in the front. It includes seven (7) picnic tables inside with three (3) picnic tables outside. This barn has electricity, so no worries about being left in the dark when the sun goes down! You also have access to the surrounding grassy area. Included, of course, is a bonfire pit with wood provided by the farm. We'll stock up enough for your entire night so you can stay cozy. The Stable is located right under the Barn Loft. This has a 60' x 45' inside area. It includes ten (10) picnic tables inside with three (3) picnic tables outside. Great if you need lots of table space! This barn has electricity, so no worries about being left in the dark when the sun goes down! You also have access to the surrounding grassy area. Included, of course, is a bonfire pit with wood provided by the farm. We'll stock up enough for your entire night so you can stay cozy. Groups are welcome to roast food over the fire, bring their own grill for a cook-out, or bring in catering.

**Please be advised that the Barn Loft site is right above this one. Groups in the Barn Loft sometimes hire DJs to play music for them. We of course ask groups to be considerate of other party-goers with the noise level, but you may or may not hear music!**

The Barn Loft is located right over the Stable. This has a 40' x 60' inside area with plenty of room to dance! Large groups at this site will often hire DJs to play music for them. If you are looking for a hootenanny or ho-down, this is the site for you! We do ask that if party-goers at this site play music, to please be considerate of others around them. There are other groups here to have a good time, so please keep the music at a reasonable level.
If you need even more room for your group, you can also rent out the Stable! This is perfect for very large gatherings and/or events.
