BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES
We love for families to celebrate birthdays at our farm! These are scheduled on an individual basis for use of the Log Cabin.
DATES AND HOURS
Birthday parties can be scheduled from April 1st through September 23rd. We CANNOT schedule daytime birthday parties during our Pumpkin Harvest festival. We are simple too busy and cannot ensure a private/enjoyable time for your family. (If you would like to have a party or event during the Fall, please schedule an Evening Hayride Party).
Hours for birthday parties are from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, (however we do not mind being flexible with these hours if you need more time or different hours).
PACKAGE A
$150 for the use of our Log Cabin. It is an additional $5.00 per
person if there are more than 20 in attendance.
PACKAGE B
$350 for use of the Log cabin, plus 20 passes for unlimited use of
the Giant Jumping Pillow, Pumpkin Train, and Pedal Cars. It is an
additional $10.00 per person if there are more than 20 in
attendance.
PACKAGE C
$450. You get everything in Package B, including a cake. Your choice
of White, Chocolate, or Marble. You will also get forks, napkins,
party hats and candles. It is an additional $5 per person if there
are more than 20 in attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Notice of cancellation must be received
30 days prior to party date in order to be refunded.
If your party is booked less than a month in advance No deposit will
be refunded!
b. The only reason for cancellation is that
it be raining at the farm three (3) hours before your party time. In
that case you will receive a full refund or you can reschedule.
1. All children under 18 must be supervised.
We require a minimum of one adult per every ten (10) children.
2. No swimming on the property. Smoking in
the barns or on the hayrides is strictly prohibited. Glass bottles
are not permitted on the hayrides.
3. Please have your group ready promptly on
the hour you booked for your hayride. If your group is late, your
hayride time will be shorter.
4. You are responsible for your group should
any destructive acts occur.
5. A Certificate of Insurance is required
from all caterers, entertainers, etc.
6. Insurance coverage is mandatory.
Stonycreek Farm Inc. in no way provides liability coverage for the
renting parties if they are named in a lawsuit.
* To book a party we must have a deposit. We cannot hold a site
without a deposit.
